華星東方公司承建的北京市順義生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目三期煙氣凈化工程于2021年5月9日開(kāi)工建設(shè)。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Shunyi WTE Phase III in Beijing was commenced on May 9, 2021.

該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模1x800t/d爐排焚燒爐+1x18MW凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組，年運(yùn)行8000小時(shí)。煙氣處理采用SNCR(爐內(nèi)噴尿素脫氮)+旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧反應(yīng)塔(Ca（OH）2)＋活性炭和干性脫酸藥劑噴射系統(tǒng)（Ca（OH）2）＋布袋除塵器+GGH+SGH+ SCR反應(yīng)塔（尿素）+飛灰輸送、儲(chǔ)存及穩(wěn)定化工藝，為我司EPC工程。

The plant will build 1x800 t/d grate furnance and 1x18 mw condensing steam turbine with an annual operation of 8000 hours. FGC applies SNCR with urea denitrification in furnace + spray dry reactor with Ca(OH)2 + activated carbon and dry deacidification agent injection system with Ca(OH)2 + bag filter+GGH+SGH + SCR reactor with urea + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. This is an EPC project of Huaxing.
